Be the Strategic Growth Leader

You’re not just selling—you're partnering with scientists and organizations dedicated to innovation. You’ll:

  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, for short‑ and long‑term cold chain storage solutions.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships across R&D, procurement, and executive teams in biotech, pharma, academia, and public health sectors.
  • Analyze client needs, design bespoke cold chain and biostorage proposals, and guide decision‑making with knowledge of compliance, security, and logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales, aligning on market expansion strategies, account penetration, and territory planning.
  • Support brand awareness and thought leadership, aligning with marketing to craft compelling proposals, case studies, and campaigns tailored to target segments.
  • Leverage our facility’s unique capabilities—ambient all the way to cryogenic (‑196°C), and temperature‑monitored stability chambers.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of consultative B2B sales in biorepositories, sample management, life sciences, lab services, or cold chain logistics.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex RFP processes and closing strategic accounts.
  • Established network within biotech, pharma, or academic research fields.
  • Solid grasp of cold chain logistics and compliance regulations (GxP, DFARS, etc.).
  • Experience using Zoho (or similar CRMs) and MS Office.
  • Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset—eager to grow and shape a scaling business.
  • Confident presenter, relationship‑builder, and trusted advisor.
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regionally for customer visits and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements
  • Lifting: Engage hands‑on with lab equipment (lifting up to 25lb).
  • Movement: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
  • Vision: Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Travel: Driving a car and traveling by airplane as needed for client meetings, site visits, or industry networking.
