  • Lead sales efforts at Target and Ulta, as well as other customers as identified by sales leadership
  • Develop and execute annual business plans to drive growth and partnership with customers
  • Build strong relationships and penetrate all levels of management at customer organizations
  • Manage Joint Business Planning (JBP) partnerships and lead shipment forecasting
  • Train and develop associate-level teammates while driving business objectives
