We’re looking for a serious, detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting, making calls, and sending emails.

The Opportunity

As an SDR, you will take charge of outbound prospecting efforts, managing a pipeline of 200‑250 daily activities. Your role will focus on making cold calls, navigating gatekeepers, and setting appointments for our closers. Success will be based on your ability to schedule high-quality appointments while managing a strategic outreach approach over a 3‑4 month sales cycle.

You will be expected to handle objections professionally, follow a structured process, and ensure that all activities are tracked meticulously. If you are analytical, able to follow rules, and focus on precision and efficiency, we want you to join our team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Make cold calls to facilities managers, navigating gatekeepers and targeting key decision‑makers.
  • Manage a high‑volume pipeline, following up on leads and ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments.
  • Deliver brief and impactful value propositions to prospects.
  • Schedule appointments for the closing team and ensure timely follow‑up on all activities.
  • Track all interactions and maintain organized records in the CRM system.
  • Handle objections in a professional manner, ensuring smooth and productive conversations.
  • Work 40 hours per week, meeting success metrics based on the volume and quality of appointments set.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
  • Previous experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Proven ability to manage a high‑volume pipeline and engage in back‑and‑forth dialogues with prospects.
  • Experience with CRM or tracking systems to manage leads effectively.
  • Reliability to commit to 40 hours per week.
  • No healthcare industry experience required (scripts will be provided).
