Sales & Marketing Associate

Full-Time | Remote from Latin America | Pacific Time | Contractor Position

Salary: $1,200–$1,500 USD / month

Latino Legends is hiring a Sales & Marketing Associate on behalf of our client—a women‑led dance and empowerment brand based in Los Angeles, known for offering heel‑style dance classes, workshops, and programs designed to build confidence, expression, and community among women. Founded by experienced dancers, instructors, and mothers, the brand has spent the last three years creating an inspiring movement and is now preparing to scale from a passion‑driven project into a full‑time, growing operation.

As demand increases, they are seeking a creative, strategic, and design‑savvy Marketing Associate who can elevate the brand, drive high‑quality leads, and support long‑term customer retention.

This role is ideal for a marketer who understands aesthetics, women‑centered branding, audience psychology, and data‑driven growth.

About the Role

The Sales & Marketing Associate will be the driving force behind the brand’s digital presence, growth initiatives, and lead generation. This role combines design, paid media, social media strategy, and marketing automation to create cohesive and compelling marketing outcomes.

The ideal candidate has excellent “taste”—a strong eye for visuals and aesthetic consistency that resonates with women (specifically mothers) drawn to dance, lifestyle, and empowerment content.

You will collaborate closely with the founders but will also be expected to take initiative, execute independently, and proactively bring strategy and ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Growth
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase class sign‑ups, online sales, and long‑term subscribers.
  • Manage lead generation funnels—from audience targeting to conversion tracking.
  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar).
  • Launch and refine campaigns during high‑traffic “viral moments.”
Design & Content Creation
  • Create visually compelling assets such as Instagram Reels, graphics, flyers, promos, and ad creatives.
  • Produce short‑form videos and landing page visuals.
  • Maintain strong brand identity and aesthetic consistency.
Social Media Management
  • Manage the Instagram content calendar and related platforms.
  • Write engaging captions, posts, and stories aligned with brand personality.
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to growth strategies.
Customer Retention & Automation
  • Build and manage nurturing workflows (ManyChat or similar).
  • Create email campaigns, SMS sequences, and retargeting flows.
  • Monitor retention data and suggest improvements.
Sales & Lead Conversion Support
  • Maintain clear documentation for lead flow and tracking.
  • Support conversion efforts by ensuring leads are followed up with and nurtured.
  • Assist in launching workshops, online courses, and seasonal promos.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with the founders to understand the brand voice, goals, and aesthetics.
  • Participate in weekly check‑ins and progress updates.
  • Bring strategic ideas—not just execution—to enhance results.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or brand coordination.
  • Strong design sense and brand aesthetic alignment.
  • Proven experience with:
  • Meta Ads (required)
  • Social media content creation
  • Video editing tools
  • Canva or Adobe Suite
  • Marketing automation (ManyChat, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of funnels, conversions, and lead flow.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Alignment with women‑centered, empowerment‑focused messaging.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with dance, fitness, lifestyle, or women‑focused brands.
  • Spanish-speaking (optional).
  • Familiarity with creative or performing arts environments.
  • Experience with online courses, sales cycles, or membership‑based businesses.
