Job summary:

We're looking for a results-oriented Sales Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers to make effective, analytically driven marketing decisions.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will manage a set of priority advertisers and deliver against challenging advertiser revenue targets at the highest CX standards.

You will nurture sustainable customer relationships, identify and unlock revenue growth opportunities, and continuously develop your clients' portfolio of products.

You will leverage Amazon's unique proprietary data to provide strategic insights and personalized campaign recommendations to meet your customers' business objectives.

To empower your clients, you will liaise closely with internal stakeholders such as Creative, Sales, Product, and Retail.

Your strategic digital expertise is considered mission-critical to unlock incremental value for advertisers and Amazon.

Job Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil

Key job responsibilities:

  • Hit or exceed revenue targets for your assigned book of business
  • Achieve assigned non-revenue business objectives and goals
  • Own all facets of the account management process for medium to large accounts, and develop strategic relationships with key points of contact
  • Develop annual brand and media strategies aligned with customer objectives
  • Compile insights to build campaign recommendations to optimize results
  • Advocate for customers internally, utilizing internal resources to drive success
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics, trends, and consumer insights
