Responsibilities

• Conduct user audits on the company's risk control platform
• Monitor for and promptly respond to any abnormal transaction data, making judgments as necessary
• Continually learn about the platform's rules and enhance personal and professional skills
• Keep abreast of external competitors' changes in risk control rules and provide suggestions based on current regulations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in risk control/transaction monitoring/customer support
• Possess business sensitivity and awareness of risk
• Strong psychological quality with effective communication and judgment skills
• Strong logical thinking and data collection and analysis abilities
• Strict adherence to professional ethics and information security and confidentiality in daily work
• Work Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Brazil Time)
