Position Summary

We are looking for an RF Optimization Engineer to work remotely on a temporary basis, ensuring continuity of critical activities during a vacation coverage period. This role is essential for maintaining mobile network quality and optimizing performance across 5G/4G/3G/2G technologies.

Detailed Job Description

The professional will be responsible for optimizing mobile access networks, performing Drive Test (DT), MDT, and Virtual DT analysis, handling technical complaints, and correcting parameter discrepancies. The role includes feature studies, layer balancing, fault diagnosis, and traffic monitoring to ensure KPIs and customer experience. You will also participate in weekly meetings with TIM Holding and analyze ECQ indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize mobile networks (5G/4G/3G/2G) for Huawei and Ericsson vendors.
  • Perform DT, MDT, and Virtual DT analysis.
  • Handle technical complaints and correct parameter discrepancies.
  • Conduct feature studies and network configuration reviews.
  • Analyze traces and balance network layers.
  • Diagnose network faults and coordinate O&M through ticketing.
  • Monitor network traffic and ECQ indicators.
  • Participate in weekly VOG meetings with TIM Holding.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in mobile network optimization (RNP/RNO).
  • Knowledge of DT, MDT, and Virtual DT analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with Huawei and Ericsson technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with advanced 5G optimization projects.
  • Knowledge of automation scripts for analysis.
