About The Role

Are you a collaborative consulting, analytics, or operations professional with 3+ years of experience, passionate about building a world‑class revenue team?

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to play a crucial role in our fast‑growing team, SpendHound. As a fast‑growing "start‑up" within a larger organization, this is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong operational mindset to come in and help build something truly special.

We expect Eastern work hours.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams as a subject‑matter expert for the Sales function, working closely with RevOps and SpendHound leadership to support Sales and execute on key initiatives
  • Implement processes and solutions that streamline revenue acquisition and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Maintain and measure various components of the Sales process, including:
    • Target / Territory Management
    • Lead Generation
    • Outbound Cadence Operations
  • Ensure that the Sales teams are operating seamlessly through data evaluation and by improving workflows
You Are Likely To Succeed If
  • Operations professional with 3+ years of experience, passionate about building a world‑class revenue team
  • Demonstrate a high aptitude for organization, process development, project and change management, and analytics
  • Have advanced Excel skills
  • Have experience with CRMs such as Salesforce.com
  • Are willing to become proficient in SQL and data management
  • Are a natural problem‑solver, with a keen eye for detail and spotting issues
  • Are committed to continuously improving yourself and helping those around you
