We’re looking for a mixed-methods Research Analyst who will work on both quantitative and qualitative research projects, such as surveys, longitudinal panel studies, diary studies, usability studies, and IDIs.
Using Pulse Labs’ proprietary tools and platforms, you’ll dive deep into rich video and survey data to analyze, interpret, and report users’ interactions with and perceptions about next‑gen products.
You will be an integral member of a talented and dedicated group of fellow analysts and researchers working in a fast‑paced, rapid‑response environment where rigor and quality are paramount.

This is a 100% full‑time remote requiring at least 80% overlap with Pacific Time (UTC / GMT‑8).
At times, you will be required to work before and after standard work hours, including weekends, to ensure quality and on‑time client delivery.
