  • Collaborate closely with the team to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Design, roll out, and optimize both internal and external recruitment processes.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from selection to offer negotiation.

  • A successful track record in recruitment process implementation.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time autonomously.
