Accountabilities
  • Identify and onboard new SMS aggregators and CPaaS providers.
  • Engage high-level contacts with key partners for contract implementation.
  • Reactivate under‑utilized interconnections and partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and secure agreements.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of interconnected partners.
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for accounts.
  • Monitor performance metrics and propose optimizations.
  • Develop strategic account plans for business growth.
  • Oversee Profit & Loss for the portfolio.
  • Contribute to pricing proposals and adjustments.
  • Share market feedback with management and product teams.
  • Maintain documentation in CRM and internal tools.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in SMS wholesale, trading, or CPaaS in a commercial role.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and growing partner accounts.
