What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Supervise the overall operation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment and medical equipment in multiple clinics
- Manage Technical Services across one or more regions, collaborating with Regional Vice Presidents and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements, including OSHA and internal policies
- Mentor and train Technical Services personnel, overseeing their performance and development
- Maintain accurate technical records and documentation, ensuring data integrity for management systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of four years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of four years of experience in an industrial/medical technical setting, or three years with an AA Degree in electronics/biomedical technology, or two years with a BS Degree in a technology or business field
- Successful completion of the FMCNA Biomedical Technician Technical Certification Program within the first 24 months of employment
- Valid Driver's License issued in the employee’s state of residence
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- AA Degree in electronics/biomedical technology or equivalent
- Nephrology/Biomedical Industry Technical Certification within 24 months of employment
- Experience with water treatment and dialysis equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and mainframe applications
- Certification as a Biomedical Equipment Technician or Water Treatment Specialist
