This role executes channel strategy in Brazil, formulates offline channel development strategies, manages dealer networks, empowers terminal stores, and ensures achievement of regional sales targets and channel network layout goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop network touchpoint strategies for the Brazil regions, clarify regional layout plans, and undertake regional sales targets to ensure alignment with the company's overall channel strategy.
- Manage regional expense budgets, formulate regional dealer policies (including rebates, inventory management, and marketing support), optimize resource allocation, and maximize ROI while maintaining stable dealer cooperation.
- Maintain and manage regional customer relationships, handle customer-related issues in a timely manner, ensure the healthy operation of the dealer network, and carry out channel expansion work to increase offline channel coverage in the region.
- Empower terminal store operations by guiding standardized store management (including merchandise display, promotion activities, and staff training), improving consumer reach efficiency, terminal conversion rate, and average transaction value.
- Conduct regional inventory, purchase, and sales management; monitor the dynamic balance of inventory; ensure no out-of-stock or overstock situations at terminal stores; and optimize inventory turnover efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement marketing activities, support dealers in executing promotional campaigns, and enhance the brand influence and market share of Haier products in the region.
Job Requirements
Fluent in English (bilingual ability is preferred).
- Relevant channel sales experience, preferably in the home appliance industry; familiarity with the offline channel market in Brazil's regions is a plus.
- Possess rich offline channel resources in the target regions, including dealer resources, terminal store resources, etc.
- Excellent channel development, management, and operation capabilities, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding channel coverage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; strong team spirit and cross-cultural adaptation ability.
- Willing to be based in the target regions and accept business trips within the regions.
