So… who is Residence Supply?
We're the fastest-growing design-driven lighting & hardware brand in the U.S.
In two years we blew past 8 figures, launched hundreds of handcrafted SKUs, and built a cult following of design lovers who care more about heritage than hype.
Our fixtures live in Architectural Digest–level homes and premium short-term rentals.
Now we want our Reddit acquisition funnel to match the caliber of our product and brand.
We're not hiring a “traffic manager.”
We're looking for a performance-obsessed Reddit Media Buyer who knows how to turn cold subreddits into profitable customers.
Someone who lives inside the Reddit ads dashboard, understands communities, and can engineer profitable campaigns for a DTC home & garden brand at scale. You should think in ROAS, CAC, and MER — not impressions.
Your edge is your ability to test, learn fast, and turn signal into spend. What you'll do.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage full-funnel ad structures: awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns for home & garden buyers.
- Research and map high-intent subreddits (home décor, interior design, DIY, home improvement, smart home, etc.) into scalable audience plans.
- Write, brief, and iterate ad creatives that feel native to Reddit but drive clicks and conversions for our SKUs.
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns daily for ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CVR targets.
- Run structured A/B tests across creative (angles, copy, formats, UGC vs. branded), audience (subreddit clusters, interests, lookalikes, remarketing), and bids & budgets (CPC vs. CPM, dayparting, pacing).
- Collaborate with our creative and CRO teams to tighten the full funnel: from ad → landing page → checkout → LTV.
- Report results with clarity: what you tested, what worked, what didn’t, and your next moves.
- Build playbooks so Reddit is a repeatable, scalable acquisition channel — not a one-off experiment.
What You Bring
- 2+ years running Reddit Ads for DTC brands (home, décor, furniture, home improvement, or similar verticals is a big plus).
- Proven track record of hitting or beating performance targets: ROAS, CAC, MER, and revenue goals.
- Can show real accounts (anonymized) where you profitably scaled spend, turned a “test budget” into a core channel, and deepened understanding of how Reddit communities behave to make ads feel non‑cringe/non‑corporate.
- Strong skills in campaign structure and account architecture, creative testing frameworks, UTM tracking & basic analytics (GA4, post‑purchase surveys, etc.).
- Comfort working remote in a high‑output environment: you set your own testing roadmap and bring solutions, not problems.
- Bias for action: you’d rather ship a smart test today than debate a “perfect” plan for a week.
What We’re Offering
- Fully remote role with a high‑autonomy, performance‑first culture.
- Competitive base compensation (USD) + performance‑based bonus tied to ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth.
- Opportunity to expand your ownership into other paid channels (Meta, YouTube, display) if you prove you can drive results.
- Direct access to leadership; your performance will have a visible impact on company growth.
- A brand with real product‑market fit and a rich catalogue to scale — not a struggling product you have to “save” with ads.
How You Fit into the Team
- You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth and work closely with:
- Creative: to brief concepts, hooks, and visual directions tailored to Reddit.
- CRO / Web: to align landing pages, offers, and funnels with your traffic.
- Analytics: to ensure tracking, attribution, and dashboards are clean and accurate.
Can you profitably scale Reddit into a core channel for Residence Supply?
Can you build a testing engine that continuously improves performance?
If yes, you'll have uncapped room to grow with us.
