Our work spans technical roles, field-service technicians, marketing, customer service, administrative, and executive placements.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on sourcing and hiring technicians across multiple trades, including Appliance Repair, HVAC, Air Duct Cleaning, Plumbing, and Electrical.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and contribute to building strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and prepare job descriptions
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales; internships or entry-level experience welcome
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is a plus
  • Willingness to work aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
