Python Engineer (Scraper)

We are looking for an outstanding Python Engineer to join the BairesDev Research & Development Team (R&D). Our R&D team is an essential part of our technology solutions that drive millions in revenue every year, so we only hire the best of the best.

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility for overseeing our Scraper framework, dedicated to retrieving data from websites and seamlessly integrating it into our Database.

What You Will Do

• Write and test code, refining, and rewriting as needed.
• Monitor external partner integrations, promptly identifying and addressing issues.
• Research, design, and implement new features for business applications.
• Analyze user requirements.
• Ensure the ongoing reliability, performance, and support of data infrastructure, offering solutions aligned with application needs and anticipated growth.

Here’s what we are looking for

• 5+ years of practical experience as a Software Developer (Python).
• 3+ years experience extracting data / web scraping (must).
• Good skills with SQL Server, AWS, and Docker.
• Strong professional experience working with large data structures (including XML) and algorithms.
• Experience in development with object‑oriented programming is desirable.
• Advanced English level.

Desirable

• Previous experience with Scrapy, Selenium, and Proxy Server.
