About the role
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily studio operations, including check-ins with internal teams and client's leadership
  • Track and support multiple teams (SWE, FWQE, Client QE, and Automation), ensuring alignment and collaboration
  • Monitor team dynamics—identify challenges, resolve conflicts, and promote a clean, organized, and positive work environment
  • Conduct surveys, analyze team feedback, and create actionable strategies to improve team satisfaction and quality of work
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their quality engineering and professional skills
  • Escalate potential issues or blockers to Side and client's leadership in a timely and constructive manner
  • Manage administrative functions such as tracking shipments, hardware, work hours, census data, and attendance
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts—track hiring needs, follow up with recruiters, and ensure timelines are met
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing key updates and progress
Requirements
  • Exceptional judgment in decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Skilled in JIRA, including running custom queries and reports
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and calendar management
  • Understanding of software development and quality engineering principles
  • Experience with hardware or IT operations is a plus
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and team success
