Position Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with an incredible work ethic to join our team as Email Marketing - Project Manager (PM). As an Email Marketing Project Manager, your teamwork and communication skills are essential. You will oversee our agency-client relationships, work in collaboration with your team's strategist to build strategies to suit each client's needs. You will lead every part of our team – from the copywriters to the technical experts – to make sure we hit our deadlines and deliver excellent results.

Our Email Marketing PM specialize in Project Management and Client and Team Relations and while they can lean on the expertise of a strategist, they still have a working knowledge of Growth & Conversion Strategy, Reporting & Analytics, Customer Journey and Segmentation.

You'll work with clients representing various industries – no two days are the same as an Email Marketing PM at Flowium.

We are looking for long‑term, committed individuals who want to establish a career for themselves. We are willing to train the right candidate, but marketing experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Leader of the Project Team: Execute & deliver the project initiatives, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within profitability, and meets quality standards within the timeline and scope.

Client Relations: Nurture client relationships, be the first to identify problems and proactively act to resolve them. Ensures client satisfaction and project retention.

Strategic Alignment & Planning: leads strategic initiatives & objectives with the project team.

Required Experience & Skills

1-year experience in marketing (Klaviyo experience is a plus!)

Driving results for our clients is the most important thing we do. You must have experience creating email marketing strategies and be comfortable working in Klaviyo. You should be someone who loves testing and using data to develop your strategy.

Fluent in English with Excellent Communication Skills

Since you will have weekly calls with American clients, you should be fluent in English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also crucial.

Time Management

You'll be expected to manage your work schedule and the schedules of team members operating across many different time zones. Working early in EST hours may be required.

You'll need terrific time management skills to hit deadlines and deliver excellent results.

Communication Skills

Email Marketing - Project Managers are great notetakers and comfortable conversationalists that intuitively understand how to best communicate with clients. Whether you're writing a quick email or hopping on an hour-long call, you should be able to get your point across quickly and clearly.

Marketing or Sales Experience

Our Email Marketing - Project Managers are the face of Flowium, and we want our clients to know they are in good hands. Experience with working in a sales or marketing environment is important when not only dealing with an array of people but the implementation of new ideas as well.
