ABOUT YOU

The Project Manager is responsible for building a team of developers, organizing workflow, identifying areas of innovation, managing the maintenance and growth of the request, scheduling development time and assigning developers to work and ensuring timely completion.

Finally, all reporting and documentation for all development must be created.

YOUR SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience managing software development
• Superlative English skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Portuguese
• Understanding of agile software management methodologies and proven experience in putting software development management process in place
• Able to analyze and document detailed functional requirements of software
• Ability to estimate development time and implementation of new software
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and business analysts
• Ability to push projects forward to completion and manage multiple projects concurrently
• PMP / SCRUM certification is a plus
• Have hardware and IoT knowledge
• Have technical background to understand common device connectivity and cloud services
• E-commerce experience is required to collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the lead for a product development process
• Manage resources across multiple teams / projects and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Deliver clear and robust reports to executive team
• Mapping existing processes to identify areas for improvement
• Manage the day-to-day execution of reporting and planning tasks including tickets to keep projects on-track
• Collaborate closely with other PMs on related software
