Responsabilidades

  • Work in the Product Certification area for Medical Devices.
  • Ensure proper data entry during the sales phase.
  • Contact potential customers and manage sales pipeline.
  • Oversee customer experience during project activities.
  • Manage projects within established plans.
  • Allocate resources for activities.
  • Plan processes according to project specifications.
  • Communicate continually with clients and auditors.
  • Consider logistics and geographic implications when planning.
  • Update auditor calendars to achieve objectives.
  • Coordinate internal planning with other offices.
  • Work with internal DNV systems.
  • Ensure timely final deliveries.
  • Control data quality between agreement and operations.

Key tasks will include, but not be limited to
  • Working at Product Certification area for Medical Devices
  • Be responsible for proper data entering into the system during sales phase
  • Contact with potential customers following up proposals issued and management of sales pipeline
  • Be responsible for customer experience journey for operations activities (since project set‑up until final deliveries)
  • Manage the projects ensuring they are within pre‑established plans
  • Understand project scope and specifications to allocate the competent resources auditors / assessors / clinician to perform activities
  • Perform planning process in accordance with project specifications and internal requests, updating both customer and internal team properly
  • Communicate continually with clients and auditors / assessors / clinician to confirm schedule and activities
  • Understand and have in consideration logistics / geographic implications when planning
  • Keep updated auditors / assessors / clinician calendars to achieve their objectives
  • Focal point for internal planning with other DNV offices
  • Working with internal DNV own systems
  • Responsible to ensure final deliveries deadline control
  • Control of data quality between agreement and operations
Position Qualifications
  • Successfully completed education at bachelor's degree (administration, engineering, chemicals and similar ones are desirable)
  • Experience in building customer relationships and ability to discuss with them regarding project activities
  • Background knowledge and professional experience with project management is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in using common IT programs (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Structured and detail‑oriented, working without losing track of the big picture
  • Service‑oriented and with positive customer approach
  • Ambition and a high sense of responsibility spur you on
  • Your work is constructive and solution‑oriented
  • English writing and reading; English speaking is desirable
