A global agricultural company is seeking a Program Manager for Compensation & Benefits in Jundiaí, São Paulo. This hybrid role involves managing employee compensation and benefits programs across South America, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with legal standards. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Human Resources Management and significant hands-on experience with HRIS systems, particularly SAP/Success Factors. In alignment with Global Total Rewards CoE guidance, policies, and procedures, manage employee compensation and benefits programs for the South American region, ensuring programs are competitive, fair, and compliant with legal requirements. Partner with local HR and/HRBP to advice and provide guidance related to Compensation and Benefits programs.
