What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design and reinforce operating rhythms and practices to ensure smooth organizational functioning
• Lead coordination across major strategy workstreams, shaping planning cycles and documentation standards
• Serve as the central coordination point across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Distill complex program statuses, risks, and decisions into clear communications and executive-level materials
• Play a key role in annual and quarterly planning cycles, tracking progress against strategic goals

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 3 to 5+ years of program management, project coordination, business operations, or similar experience
• supporting cross-functional teams in technology, AEC, SaaS, or related environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• Ability to work effectively with both strategic leaders and execution teams
• Proficiency with program management tools (Airtable, Miro, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience supporting strategy, product, or go-to-market teams
• Familiarity with AECO workflows or industry concepts
