Responsibilities
  • Support regulatory monitoring and compliance by tracking regulatory developments under guidance assisting in the assessment of impacts on Clariant's product portfolio and contributing to the implementation of compliance measures across the region.
  • Manage compliance data and systems by maintaining product safety information in SAP ensuring timely availability of regulatory data in Clariant systems and coordinating inventory checks and validation as needed.
  • Support regulatory readiness initiatives by collaborating with cross‑functional teams to prepare systems for upcoming regulatory changes and assisting in the creation of regulatory documents to support Product Stewardship operations.
  • Provide customer and stakeholder support by responding to regulatory inquiries building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serving as a reliable resource for compliance matters.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting global process optimization initiatives and participating in knowledge sharing activities across the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry Pharmacy Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in regulatory affairs / product stewardship within the chemical industry (in‑house or consulting)
  • Basic understanding of chemical regulations and Product Stewardship concepts (knowledge of GHS is a plus)
  • Advanced English proficiency (interview will be conducted in English); Spanish is a plus
  • Based in São Paulo / SP or Suzano / SP region (hybrid work model available)
