This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager Pleno - Negócios in Brazil.

This role focuses on leading strategic initiatives across commercial journeys, connecting Revenue, Product, and Operations teams to optimize activation, conversion, and operational efficiency. You will translate business hypotheses into actionable plans, orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration, and leverage Salesforce as the core platform for automation, governance, and performance tracking. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, driving measurable impact, and working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You will define success metrics, monitor results, and continuously improve processes to enhance the overall customer experience and business outcomes. This is a highly visible role with opportunities to shape strategic initiatives and contribute to organizational growth.

Accountabilities
  • Translate business hypotheses into epics, features, and execution plans, prioritizing impact on key metrics
  • Conduct discovery processes with stakeholders across Sales, Pre‑Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value versus incremental improvements
  • Act as the central point for cross‑functional alignment, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and smooth execution
  • Utilize Salesforce for journey automation, funnel governance, conversion and activation tracking, and handoffs between teams
  • Define success metrics for initiatives, track performance, and implement iterative improvements
  • Ensure visibility of initiative progress, communicate status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with multiple areas to optimize processes, eliminate manual steps, and maintain proper documentation in Salesforce
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role, preferably in B2B or SaaS contexts
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Functional experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, including process design and metrics tracking
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on funnel metrics, conversion, activation, and operational efficiency
  • Ability to structure problems, hypotheses, and initiatives clearly and results‑oriented
  • Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous environments with strong prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, able to translate complex topics into actionable alignment
  • Interest in customer journeys, commercial processes, SaaS technology, and continuous improvement
Preferred / Differentiators
  • Experience in RevOps, BizOps, Sales Ops, Enablement, or Commercial Operations
  • Track record of leading strategic initiatives or business transformation projects
  • Familiarity with collaboration/documentation tools such as Miro, FigJam, Notion, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack
  • Ability to engage with Product and Technology teams from a functional perspective, not exclusively technical
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management (Agile, PMP) or process improvement (Six Sigma, BPM)
