As a Product Manager, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of client software builds from kickoff to launch. This is a high-ownership, multidisciplinary role where you’ll act as a product strategist, UX thinker, and client partner.
What You’ll Do
- Manage product builds end-to-end : run kickoff calls, gather requirements, define MVPs, and oversee delivery.
- Transform client ideas into clear product specs, wireframes, and UX flows.
- Assess technical feasibility and make smart tradeoff decisions between complexity, speed, and quality.
- Coordinate between clients, engineers, and AI systems to keep projects on track.
- Collect and prioritize client feedback to refine product iterations.
- Ensure clients feel supported and engaged throughout the build process.
- Contribute to improving tools, systems, and workflows as the company scales.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Solutions Architect in a tech company, agency, or startup.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of how software is built — including APIs, databases, and front-end / back-end logic.
- Solid grasp of UX design principles and the ability to create wireframes or user flows.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build trust.
- Experience working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney) is a plus.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Advanced English proficiency; prior experience with U.S. clients or teams preferred.
