We’re looking for a Product Lifecycle Analyst - Supply Chain to drive product version changes and hold the pivotal role between our Product & Technology and our Supply Chain teams. As product lifecycle coordinator, you drive Product Version Transitions, guaranteeing continuous supply to our customers.

Key responsibilities are:

• Drive Phase-in and Phase-out of products: Lead and execute the phase‑in/phase‑out of product versions after handover from Product & Technology team.
• Support material planning:Support the procurement team with analyzing and planning of finished goods (FG) and raw material (RM) inventory for phase‑out and phase‑in product.
• Stakeholder Communication:Inform internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Customers) about Product Change Notifications, transition timelines, last‑time‑buy (LTB), and last‑time‑ship (LTS) dates.
• Process Execution:Trigger and coordinate all supply chain and data publishing activities related to product version transitions. Create and maintain product master data in ERP (D365).
• Continuous Improvement:Drive process improvements for version transitions, leveraging automation and cross‑functional feedback to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Product Compliance:Support the Product Compliance Team with acquiring and maintaining product compliance data such as RoHS , REACH, Conflict Mineral, Prop 65, etc.
