Qualificações

  • Experience in Indirect Purchasing, IT, Marketing, HR, and finance.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of procurement and strategic sourcing.

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team.

Based in our São Paulo Head Office, this professional will be responsible for analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor‑made solutions, and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.

This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and developing recommendations for presentation to client management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Implement and execute supplier management process covering performance, risk, and compliance management.
  • Be an internal customer advocate to address operational issues and support with a sense of urgency.
  • Maintain transparency in processes in accordance with procurement policies and in line with the processes required by the Internal Audit
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, as well as internal customers
  • Ensure compliance with GWM policies, guidelines and processes, establishing routines and rituals.
  • Contract services, national and international equipment, in line with the investment plan
  • Negotiate the company's demands, through the best negotiation practices, seeking the best results
  • Guarantee and support, in meeting financial objectives, quality, delivery, risk management of national and international acquisitions
  • Development of new suppliers and products, always seeking to maintain or improve the quality of products / services
  • Results management through KPIs
  • Development of medium and high complexity activities, acquisition / project control, process status
  • Issuance and creation of reports through computerized systems or tools
  • Will challenge status quo and bring game changing ideas to team.
  • Cost avoidance initiatives.
  • Carry out and lead bidding / certification processes (RFP, RFQ, RFX, RFI);
  • Quotation of products and services, price analysis and negotiation, as well as suggestion of the best strategy to be used in the process;
  • Negotiate tariff adjustments and updates
  • Identify business needs and prioritize operational and financial benefit opportunities
  • Update cost reference databases for equipment, materials and services;
  • Proactively / frequently communicate business results
  • Support the development of non-standard vendor contracts in collaboration with legal
  • Support vendor audit and ensure all vendor documents are compliant
  • Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with key internal customers and stakeholders
  • Develop new sources of supply and maintain the approved supplier base
  • Monitoring purchases / deliveries and implementation of services
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree or similar
  • 3+ years of global purchasing experience for large organizations, mainly in automotive industry.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of procurement, strategic sourcing principles such as TCO, Strategic Sourcing, etc. and practical knowledge of these methodologies
  • Experience evaluating and driving transformational improvements across procurement and sourcing organizations, etc.
  • Experience in the area of Indirect Purchasing, IT, Marketing, HR and finance.
  • Knowledge and experience in analyzing cost structures and cost projections;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking);
  • Spanish is desirable.
