Senior Business Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career.
Key Responsibilities
- Own translation of user needs into detailed, ready-to-build requirements for the squad.
- Define and document benefit hypotheses and testable acceptance criteria for backlog features.
- Write clear, unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria using BDD/Gherkin, user‑centric principles and INVEST.
- Use quantitative data to influence product decisions and operationalize PO‑approved plans.
- Partner with the PO to ensure backlog alignment with business priorities; PO retains final prioritization, scope changes and release sign‑off.
- Keep work 2–3 sprints ahead of the squad; ensure each feature meets DoR and DoD and is sprint‑ready.
- Partner with the Scrum Master to assess team capacity, participate in rituals, and help define DoR/DoD.
- Facilitate and lead refinement sessions with the squad.
- Map and manage interdependencies across products and teams; coordinate with PO and Product Manager.
- Identify key unknowns, propose alternatives, and manage spikes within sprints to reduce risk.
- Communicate product vision and functional intent to developers and testers; drive improvements to user experience.
- Communicate risks and impediments; support trade‑offs and ROAM‑based decision making with the PO.
- Document confirmed business processes as authoritative references for stakeholders (end users, development, IT support).
- Identify process bottlenecks and collaborate with PO, SM, SQA/TQ and the squad to mitigate them.
- Support and/or facilitate system demos (inspect‑and‑adapt) as needed.
- Support UAT activities as required (write scripts and/or guide business users on test execution), depending on the product.
Qualifications & Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Analyst.
- Proven knowledge of product and industry best practices.
- Strong technical written and verbal English; comfortable with technical documentation.
- Strong problem‑solving and judgment; solid understanding of customer journeys and customer experience.
- Intermediate SQL for ad‑hoc queries and data analysis.
- Experience managing product backlogs and release plans; tracking team metrics and removing blockers.
- Proficient with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience with large BPM solutions and business/process modeling.
- Deep understanding of business processes and high‑quality digital product delivery.
- Comfortable working in complex, diverse and fast‑changing environments; adapts quickly to evolving priorities.
- Able to deliver high‑quality work during uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Advocates and fosters a data‑driven culture focused on measurable outcomes and business agility.
- Willingness to challenge assumptions and contribute constructive, innovative ideas.
Nice to Have
- Certifications: IIBA (Business Analysis), PSPO/CSPO (Product Owner). Useful if the candidate may act as an ad‑hoc deputy PO.

Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of Supply Chain Analytics product teams. This role combines deep business and data analysis expertise with Agile leadership to drive insights, improve supply chain performance, and ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery.
Product & Business Analysis (80%)
- Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders across Demand Planning, S&OP, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to gather and define requirements.
- Translate business problems into analytics solutions including dashboards, KPIs, data marts, and alerts, aligned to the product roadmap.
- Create and maintain analysis artifacts: user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN process maps, data dictionaries, and data lineage.
- Perform data discovery and profiling in Snowflake; write optimized SQL (CTEs, window functions) and validate data quality against source systems.
- Review Power BI reports, semantic models, DAX measures, calculation groups, and Row‑Level Security (RLS).
- Define, monitor, and improve key supply chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, OTIF, case fill rate, production adherence, DC throughput, and transportation cost per case.
- Support data governance initiatives including metadata management, access controls, and data quality rules.
- Contribute to analytics standards, best practices, and documentation.
Scrum Master & Delivery (20%)
- Serve as Scrum Master for the analytics product team.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles including transparency, inspection, and iterative delivery.
- Maintain backlog health and sprint cadence; leverage velocity, cycle time, and burn metrics to forecast delivery.
- Remove impediments and foster collaboration across business, data engineering, analytics, platform, and security teams.
- Promote Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD), test automation where applicable, and measurable sprint outcomes.
- Communicate progress through roadmaps, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Analytics roles.
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI (DAX, RLS, data modeling).
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience in CPG supply chain domains (demand planning, inventory, production, logistics).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: CSM / PSM, PL‑300, SnowPro Core
- Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis
- Knowledge of S&OP, APS, ERP (SAP ECC/S4), TMS, and WMS data structures and integrations
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks (stewardship, cataloging, quality rules)
- Snowflake, SQL
- Power BI (Desktop & Service)
- Data Catalog / Governance tools (e.g., Collibra)
- ERP / APS / TMS / WMS integrations
