Qualificações

We’re looking for experienced Portuguese-speaking QC (Quality Control) specialists to audit and validate Query Vetting, Side-by-Side (SxS), and EQR (Extended Query Review) tasks for a large-scale AI search quality program.

🔍 What you’ll be doing

• Perform QC audits on completed Query Vetting tasks
• Review SxS and EQR evaluations for accuracy and consistency
• Ensure adherence to guidelines, rubrics, and rating scales
• Identify errors, bias, or misinterpretation of user intent
• Provide structured feedback to improve evaluator quality
• Are native or fluent in Portuguese
• Have prior experience in search relevance / query vetting / EQR / SxS
• Understand QC workflows, audits, and quality benchmarks
• Have excellent attention to detail (borderline obsessive—in a good way)
• Are comfortable making judgment calls backed by guidelines
• 100% remote
