What you will do (responsabilities):

• Provide both operational and strategic support to manufacturing business partners & finance functional leadership. Maintain outstanding relationships with all relevant business partners (manufacturing, HR, others); Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive)

• Assist all partners and team with understanding of the bigger picture and how projects relates to operational strategy / Enterprise goals;;
  Assess and evaluate financial performance of supported GVT business partner with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts;

• Support creation of yearly financial objectives that align with the business partner’s plan for growth and expansion;

• Prepare and may present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget, and cash flow;

• Supervise team of analysts and act as the primary financial spokesperson for the represented business partner.

• Reports to and directly assists the functional Finance Executive and functional business partner on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, accounting and administrative operations, forecasting needs and cash/funding management;

• Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures

• Develop talent / optimize team performance through stretch assignments, leadership exposure, career discussions, feedback, etc;

• Lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and commitment to creating a positive Workplace of Choice culture;

• Assist team in prioritization of workload, creating a picture to influence decision-making, facilitate collaboration across staffs, think through key analysis assumptions

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):

• Graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or any related strong Math careers.

• English Fluent.

• Experience in Manufacturing, Finance or Accounting.

• Availability to work at Gravatai/RS
