A technology and logistics company in São Paulo is seeking a People Operations Analyst to enhance employee experience and manage HR operations. As we continue to grow in Brazil, we’re building a People team that delivers an exceptional employee experience while ensuring full compliance with local regulations. The People Operations Analyst will play a critical role in this journey. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations, help establish strong local processes, and partner closely with the HR Lead, Brazil, contributing to both strategic initiatives and hands‑on execution. This role is essential to shaping a consistent, high‑quality employee experience and strengthening DoorDash’s position as an employer of choice in Brazil.
You’ll shape the foundation of People Operations in a fast‑growing environment. You’ll own the processes that keep our Brazil team running smoothly — onboarding, benefits, compliance, SST, and office operations — while partnering closely with global People teams. You’ll report into the Brazil People Lead on our People Team.
