This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all payroll process, playing a crucial role in the well-being of our employees and the financial health of the company.

【Key responsibilities】
  • Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, advances, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Calculate and collect social charges and taxes related to payroll (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.), in compliance with current legislation.
  • Administer and manage benefits (transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, health plan, dental plan, life insurance), including inclusions, exclusions, and changes.
  • Execute hiring, termination, and vacation processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and correct documentation.
  • Prepare and submit ancillary declarations and obligations (eSocial, RAIS, DIRF, among others).
  • Provide support and assistance to employees for clarification of doubts related to payroll, benefits, and labor legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and tax legislation, staying updated on changes.
  • Prepare management reports and personnel cost analyses.
【Requirements】
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in payroll.
  • Technical skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with payroll systems.
  • Experience with Workday is a differential.
  • Behavioral skills:
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
