Overview

We're a fast-growing Facebook ad agency that grew this year from 20 clients under management to 40+. We have a team of 9 people. We have high standards in terms of who we work with which creates a rewarding environment for people that want to perform. We have clear structures and training materials in place so the right person can learn fast. Everyone is respectful in order to assure high team morale. We provide extensive, respectful feedback to allow people to improve as much as possible.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can focus with limited interruptions, work mainly independently, and collaborate when needed. The role is remote with structured guidance to support rapid onboarding.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work involves designing images for client ads and designing or editing videos for client ads.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• At least 5 years any full-time work experience in any field
• At least 1 year of motion design experience

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a process driven environment

Logistics

You need to be available during regular Central European work hours. This is a part-time freelance position.
