Job Description Summary

Responsible for developing executing and optimizing integrated digital

campaigns that align with the unique goals of multiple modalities while maintaining brand consistency and maximizing overall marketing performance.

What you’ll do :

• Design and implement cross-segment digital marketing strategies to support business growth and customer engagement across diverse markets.
• Collaborate with segment and zone marketing teams to understand specific needs target audiences and performance goals.
• Manage and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (e.g. email social media paid media SEO / SEM content marketing) to ensure alignment and synergy across segments.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and customer experience.
• Coordinate with creative product and data teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends tools and best practices to drive innovation and e efficiency.
• Lead the Integrated Campaign and Content Tracker (ICCT) : Own all processes to gather input and align on cross‑segment campaign plans and strategy.

What you need to have :

• Proven experience in digital marketing preferably in B2B or healthcare environments.
• Bachelors Degree.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms analytics tools and digital channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages like Spanish are a plus).

What would be nice if you had it :

• Experience managing cross‑segment or global marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
