You are applying for the position of Financial Manager of Profits and Losses.

Responsible for the strategic management of Operating Income at the Manaus plant, covering the control and monitoring of key financial lines such as PPV, MUV, OPEX, absorption, deferred items, inventory revaluation, exchange, among others.

Works on the analysis of financial performance indicators, focusing on current results and short- and medium-term projections, ensuring efficient reporting of data to the relevant organizational units.

Additionally, he leads the development of the plant's financial capacity through training and the implementation of periodic controls on Operating Income.

This role is also responsible for driving the digital transformation of the finance team, focusing on process automation and routine optimization, using corporate tools approved by the company.

What You’ll Do for Us
  • Consolidate the Rolling Estimate, using simulation models and scenarios approved by the Business Units and the plant's Finance Director, in order to diagnose and report changes and impacts on the monthly income statement;
  • Prepare and transmit monthly reports to Corporate that reflect the reality of the business (RE, R&O, Hyperion, Azure, IPA, among others), supporting the local and CPS decision-making process;
  • Act as a financial advisor in the unit, providing information, options, and recommendations that best meet the company's requirements and add value to the business;
  • Analyze and monitor financial performance indicators, focusing on current results and short- and medium-term projections, ensuring accurate diagnoses and solutions based on financial scenarios;
  • Continuously develop the plant's financial capacity by conducting training, disseminating good financial practices, and providing technical support to employees;
  • Implement and execute periodic controls and compliance policies related to Operating Income, aiming for transparency and adherence to corporate processes and regulations (BRGAAP and USGAAP);
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives in the finance team, focusing on optimizing processes, implementing automation, and using corporate tools to elevate the level of operations and reporting;
  • Ensure the accuracy and adequacy of standard costs, sales prices, and cost allocation, in alignment with Business Units, regions, and bottlers;
  • Ensure the correct recording, analysis of variances, and reconciliation of standard costs versus actual costs, ensuring accuracy in calculations and commitments made with Business Units and regions;
  • Supervise monthly accounting closing processes with plant areas and Ou Latam, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements;
  • Prepare and send monthly and annual reports, such as Transfer Price, Forms, etc., to support the tax and corporate reporting process whenever necessary;
  • Oversee the plant's budget control through monitoring and guidance with managers in the Manaus plant areas and presentations with internal and external leadership teams;
  • Participate in the development of new projects (Business Units, CPS, and Corporate), when necessary;
  • Provide backup support to the Finance Manager of the finance team when necessary;

Ensure compliance with internal rules and regulations, such as Kore, ISO, and other company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Advanced English.

5+ years of relevant financial experience with a large global company and manufacturing or supply chain experience preferred.

Strong organizational and planning abilities, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and execute strategies.

Change management leadership across multiple business functions with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.

Advanced financial analysis and problem-solving skills – the ability to explore strategic options, developing creative solutions to complex business issues, and / or supporting decision-making.

Must be proficient in use of SAP, Excel, and Access.
