A leading global beverage company is seeking a Financial Manager in Manaus, Brazil. The role focuses on managing Operating Income, preparing reports, and leading financial capacity development. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, and advanced English, with over 5 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Access is required. This position involves driving digital transformation initiatives while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
You are applying for the position of Financial Manager of Profits and Losses.
Responsible for the strategic management of Operating Income at the Manaus plant, covering the control and monitoring of key financial lines such as PPV, MUV, OPEX, absorption, deferred items, inventory revaluation, exchange, among others.
Works on the analysis of financial performance indicators, focusing on current results and short- and medium-term projections, ensuring efficient reporting of data to the relevant organizational units.
Additionally, he leads the development of the plant's financial capacity through training and the implementation of periodic controls on Operating Income.
This role is also responsible for driving the digital transformation of the finance team, focusing on process automation and routine optimization, using corporate tools approved by the company.
Ensure compliance with internal rules and regulations, such as Kore, ISO, and other company policies.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Advanced English.5+ years of relevant financial experience with a large global company and manufacturing or supply chain experience preferred.
Strong organizational and planning abilities, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and execute strategies.
Change management leadership across multiple business functions with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
Advanced financial analysis and problem-solving skills – the ability to explore strategic options, developing creative solutions to complex business issues, and / or supporting decision-making.
Must be proficient in use of SAP, Excel, and Access.
