What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and deliver OSINT training through a Learning Management System (LMS) with virtual delivery and synthetic environments
• Support the Learning Management System and identify opportunities for expanded training delivery across multiple locations
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to enhance OSINT capabilities and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Conduct research, analysis, and coordination of strategies, policies, and doctrine for the Intelligence Community
• Support intelligence sharing and integration efforts while advancing key projects through effective collaboration

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of related experience, Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or PhD/JD with 6+ years of experience (additional years of experience may substitute for a degree)
• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Proven ability to provide intelligence support for operational planning and training exercises
• Strong skills in monitoring and analyzing political, military, and economic developments in relevant areas
• Experience in managing budgets and financial resources for training programs and LMS implementation

• Experience in authoring and coordinating threat assessments for senior leadership
• Familiarity with developing analytical procedures to meet changing requirements
• Skills in presenting analysis or products to customers and supporting policy development
