What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and deliver OSINT training through a Learning Management System (LMS) with virtual delivery and synthetic environments
- Support the Learning Management System and identify opportunities for expanded training delivery across multiple locations
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to enhance OSINT capabilities and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Conduct research, analysis, and coordination of strategies, policies, and doctrine for the Intelligence Community
- Support intelligence sharing and integration efforts while advancing key projects through effective collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of related experience, Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or PhD/JD with 6+ years of experience (additional years of experience may substitute for a degree)
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Proven ability to provide intelligence support for operational planning and training exercises
- Strong skills in monitoring and analyzing political, military, and economic developments in relevant areas
- Experience in managing budgets and financial resources for training programs and LMS implementation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in authoring and coordinating threat assessments for senior leadership
- Familiarity with developing analytical procedures to meet changing requirements
- Skills in presenting analysis or products to customers and supporting policy development
- Knowledge of military capabilities, doctrine, and weapons acquisitions
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with government and industry partners
