About this opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support business transformation and growth initiatives in Organization and Talent management, Learning and Development, with a proven record of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
In this role, you will…
- Translate business needs into organizational development solutions for all countries in LATAM.
- Lead organizational and talent development in Latin America for all leadership teams, including leadership development, performance management programs, and portfolio assets.
- Execute talent development strategies that solve business problems in terms of capabilities assessment and development.
- Work with leadership and functional HRBPs to establish strategic goals, processes, and forward-thinking solutions for the company.
- Leverage partnerships and ensure maximum adoption of our tools and resources.
- Manage the talent review cycle and follow-ups on development actions in conjunction with HRBPs.
- Contribute to the development and execution of overall business strategy by helping HR business partners and business leaders identify, prioritize, and build talent capabilities.
- Oversee and manage succession planning to ensure business continuity for all key leadership positions.
- Conduct employee surveys, work with HRBPs to identify key themes, and ensure action plans are executed at regional and country levels.
- Develop high potential and new manager programs with robust development plans aligned with global standards.
- Partner with key stakeholders through effective needs analysis to understand business priorities and develop relevant, results-driven solutions.
- Work closely with Sales Training on leadership development solutions for LATAM sales teams.
- Implement metrics and analytics to measure and monitor talent development, leadership, and performance management impacts.
- Ensure process improvements and compliance through audits.
- Manage vendor relationships to deliver quality initiatives.
- Manage program budgets.
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Master’s preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; high proficiency at business level.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in talent development, HR, or learning administration.
- Strong influencing skills across functions and regions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver training (face-to-face or virtual).
- Business acumen—understanding of strategy and key drivers.
- Accountability—ownership of results.
- Cultural awareness, flexibility, and pragmatism.
- Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities.
