A leading consulting firm is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for a remote role focusing on a SAP S/4 implementation across Latin America. The ideal candidate must have 8–10 years of OCM experience, preferably with SAP projects in LATAM, along with certification in Prosci or an equivalent. Responsibilities include localizing change strategies and ensuring successful training and adoption within the region, working in tandem with the Global OCM Lead.
