Overview

Rollout project to set up the first Brazilian entity on a global instance, will be required to assist in all the Brazilian locations setups for order to cash.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all Brazilian location setups for order to cash.
• Assess how master data (items and customers) are created and identify Brazilian requirements.
• Work with fiscal partner consultant (Mastersaf / Synchro) and help set up integrations.
• Map and set up tax structure for issuing invoices in Oracle EBS AR module for a goods manufacturing company, including supplier/customer returns, export/import invoices, and complex taxes (ICMS-ST and exceptions).
• Implement electronic invoice (Nfe) integration with partners (ISV).
• Identify how Brazil requirements impact current Sales Order flow in Oracle EBS.
• Knowledge of Sales Order and Shipping functionalities is needed; experience with WMS for shipping and labels printing is a plus.
