Job Purpose

The New Product Evaluation analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and compliance of new products and product transfer projects. This role plays a key part in planning and executing test protocols, managing quality issues, and converting customer and regulatory requirements into actionable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate new products and transfer projects to ensure they meet performance, quality, and compliance standards.

Develop and organize validation protocols, test plans, and quality checklists.

Identify, document, and manage quality issues through a closed-loop process, including root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions (CAPA).

Translate customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements into clear, actionable criteria for development and manufacturing teams.

Collaborate cross-functionally with R& D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain during product development and transfer.

Participate in pilot runs and provide quality feedback to optimize processes before mass production.

Maintain accurate records of test results, reports, and technical documentation. Qualifications :

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.

Solid knowledge and experience in quality management;hands-on experience in new product evaluation is strongly preferred.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills;proficient in Excel andquality tools such as Six Sigma, SPC, QC methods, etc.

Effective communicator with strong organizational and stress management skills.

Fluent in English;proficiency in Portuguese and Chinese is a plus.

具备良好的沟通能力,组织能力,抗压能力;客户&结果导向,正直、诚信、有韧性。
