Role: Mendix Tech Lead
Location: Remote (Brasil)

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with a strong background as a Tech Lead in software development projects
• Solid hands-on expertise with the Mendix low-code platform (Advanced / Expert certification preferred)
• Experience working in agile environments and acting as technical mentor or agile coach
• Ability to design and develop application templates, reusable components and development guidelines
• Experience in implementing governance rules, security compliance standards and code quality controls
• Hands-on experience operating and supporting Mendix Cloud, Control Center and Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)
• Experience implementing and managing platform change requests
• Strong communication skills with experience delivering training, workshops and community enablement sessions
• Experience with vendor management
• Exposure to additional technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Git and AWS basics
• Interest in modern technologies including AI, IoT and Kubernetes
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• English level B2 required
