A vital organ therapy company is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for its chronic therapy products in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic product management, stakeholder engagement, regulatory oversight, and end-to-end management of marketing materials. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of product management experience in the healthcare sector, a relevant degree, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position based in São Paulo.

Qualificações

• Intermediate English proficiency required.
• Knowledge of administrative routines and IT tools.

Your role at Vantive

Lead the marketing strategy defined for the Brazilian market for Vantives chronic therapy products. Define the planning of events materials and all necessary elements to support the commercial team in achieving promotional and sales objectives. Ensure full marketing support for meeting the sales budget.

What you’ll be doing

• Strategic product management
• Product launch and performance tracking

Medical and scientific engagement with key stakeholders

Stakeholder management: scientific community, authorized government actors, opinion leaders.

Regulatory and compliance oversight

• Market driver analysis for budget planning forecasting and demand planning tools
• Ensure alignment between product demand and supply

End-to-end management of GRANTS

• Align strategy with other departments (Sales Commercial Excellence Government Affairs Medical Affairs)
• Ensure creation adaptation and management of promotional and educational materials
