Overview

Lead the Nutella Brand business in Brazil. Develop brands strategic plan with Marketing Brand Manager and assure its implementation. Lead and implement the brand activity execution projects under its responsibility (portfolio projects, execution/activation projects, communication creative developments, media plans, PR/influencers/BTL activations, market analysis and insights recommendation, research projects, etc...). Support the local S&OP process. Influence other areas in order to reach business targets, contributing to the brand business development.

Responsibilities
  • Suggest marketing initiatives aligned with the PS1-PS3 (3-year plan) Strategy.
  • Lead the execution of brand marketing calendar activities to deliver current year targets.
  • Collaborate with the Area Marketing team and other regional BUs, being responsible for coordinating new project assessments and implementation (innovation, activations, etc.).
  • Lead the integrated communication plan (offline, digital & BTL) with the agency to locally develop and execute brand campaigns and activities, proposing media and communication strategies for Brazil’s core market and enabling best practice sharing across other markets.
  • Lead the monthly S&OP process, influencing brand volume definitions, stock level management, and ensuring plan execution by the sales and trade marketing teams, addressing business needs.
  • Lead innovation project development and packaging processes with the analyst/intern and Workflow Coordinator.
  • Manage and coordinate the Brands P&L as well as Innovations/Projects P&L. Develop price suggestions per SKU and channel, aligned with BDG and SAF guidelines.
  • Lead the definition of consumer research studies together with CSU.
Experience

Experience: 6 to 8 years in FMCG brand coordination, with solid expertise in project management, innovation, brand positioning, consumer research, Nielsen, P&L, and agency management (communication, media, promotion, PR). Experience managing brands in Food Service or On Premise (e.g., alcoholic beverages) is highly valued.

Education

Education: Bachelor\'s degree completed. Specific course: Not specified (can be added if relevant).
