We’re looking to add a Marketing Specialist with a B2B focus to support the development and implementation of our marketing strategy. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the global sales teams, the technical teams, as well as other marketing functions.

The role entails helping ensure all marketing initiatives, from content writing to email campaigns and events are clearly focused on achieving well-defined immediate or long-term business goals, and report on their performance.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist with 5–7 years of B2B tech marketing experience, including 2–3 years of hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or other marketing automation tools; and a proven ability to plan, promote, and execute webinars and livestreams. You'll lead campaigns that directly engage technical audiences, using both traditional and modern tools - including AI-powered content and optimization tools - all aligned with measurable business outcomes. You’ll also support global event management, contributing to the seamless execution of key events.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy marketer who understands the nuances of engaging a sophisticated B2B audience and is comfortable navigating a fast-paced, engineering-first environment. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams worldwide.

Job Description

The Marketing Specialist will be part of our global marketing team; supporting and contributing to improvements in content, lead generation, and the overall marketing strategy

Support for ongoing public relations, partner management, and global event management

Marketing Automation and Campaign Execution

Design and manage HubSpot workflows to automate lead nurturing, segmentation, and follow-up campaigns.

Build multi-step email journeys for product launches, events, and content campaigns.

Continuously optimize campaign performance with A/B testing and data analysis.

Webinars and Livestream Event Management

Own the full lifecycle of webinars and livestreams, from topic planning and speaker prep to live hosting, promotion, and post-event follow-up.

Collaborate with product and technical teams to create highly engaging live content for developers, engineers, and decision-makers.

Manage tools like Zoom, YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, or similar for professional-quality delivery.

Content Development

Create marketing content (emails, landing pages, social posts, event invites, etc.) tailored to different customer segments and regions.

Stay ahead of digital trends and experiment with AI tools to improve speed and scale.

Social Media and Digital Engagement

Create and manage compelling social content to support campaigns, events, and product launches.

Monitor engagement metrics and industry trends to grow brand visibility across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), etc.

Stay up-to-date and report on the latest social media trends and industry news, sharing updates with the larger Marketing team

Event and Partner Marketing

Support broader event strategies, including trade shows, online product demos, and partner-hosted initiatives.

Coordinate with Toradex partners to execute co-branded campaigns and shared livestreams or webinars.

Desired Candidate Profile

5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, electronics, or SaaS.

2–3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, especially:

Marketing workflows and lead nurturing

Automation and audience segmentation

Performance tracking and optimization

Proven track record in running webinars and livestreams, ideally for technical audiences.

Strong written English and communication skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge or interest in learning about IoT /SaaS/Electronics

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Experience using or enthusiasm for AI marketing tools for content creation, analytics, and optimization.

Plus, but not mandatory:

Experience in industries related to technology, embedded systems, or IoT .

Familiarity with tools like Zoom Webinar, GoToWebinar, YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live Studio, StreamYard, etc.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and landing page formatting.

Hands-on interest in embedded hardware, Raspberry Pi, or IoT devices.

Understanding of the developer audience and B2B buyer journey.
