What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Create, document, and lead the formal review process for all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to procedures
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, setting objectives and ensuring deliverables align with brand standards
  • Administer and track the marketing budget, monitoring expenditures and aligning spending with corporate guidelines
  • Lead the use of the department’s project management tool, assigning tasks and coordinating cross-functional collaboration
  • Gather and compile marketing metrics for regular reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related roles
  • Familiarity with marketing review processes, agency management, or budget tracking
  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Showpad) and project management software
  • Understanding of procurement procedures and vendor management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (desired but not essential)

  • Experience with procurement procedures and project management tools is highly desirable
