We are seeking an experience Marketing Data Scientist to join its Analytics team! The position will join an existing Analytics and Data Science department, and partner with IDT’s new AI Lab to push models into production.

Responsibilities
  • This is a modeling heavy role
  • Create reproducible machine learning models that will be put into Production.
  • Model customer behavior around retention and purchase frequency.
  • Model promotional Uplift.
  • Develop and improve next-best-offer recommendations
  • A/B testing
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in Data Science models including Regression, Classification, Boosting, and Tree-based models.

The Senior Customer Lifecycle Analyst will report to the Executive Vice-President Analytics and work in close collaboration with the Customer Marketing Director. They will join an existing Analytics department with a proven history of driving value across the organization.

The Customer Lifecycle Analyst will also partner with various marketing stakeholders on a daily basis as part of their responsibilities.
