As a Marketing Analyst, you will support the development and execution of communication plans to build, manage, and maintain the brand image in alignment with regional guidelines. You’ll implement institutional advertising and commercial campaigns across digital and traditional channels, assist with expansion planning, and serve as a key link between marketing and the sales force to ensure market insights flow effectively. This role also involves analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor actions, designing sell-out programs to boost channel productivity, and supporting after-sales initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive process efficiency and cost‑saving strategies through automation, continuous improvement, and industry best practices.
  • Manage AP functions across the Americas, including disbursements, vendor relations, tax matters, and general ledger accuracy.
  • Supervise the timely and precise handling of supplier invoices and adjustments, serving as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across functions to support supplier setup, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
  • Hire, train, coach, and evaluate AP staff, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee monthly financial close activities and ensure adherence to company policies, systems, and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s in marketing, engineering, economics or management.
  • Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in marketing.
  • Knowledge of SAP package, fundamentally Excel (pivot tables) and analytical tools.
