Industrial Director

The Industrial Director / Plant Director will oversee the operational turnaround and long-term performance transformation of a complex Tier-1 auto parts manufacturing site. Lead all plant operations across Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, Supply Chain, HR, and Continuous Improvement. Conduct a holistic diagnostic of operational gaps and drive a structured recovery plan. Implement initiatives focused on process stability, cost efficiency, scrap / yield improvement, reliability, and labor productivity.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• Strong background in Tier-1 auto parts manufacturing (mandatory).
• Experience in operational turnaround or performance recovery (e.g., process variability, quality issues, productivity challenges, organizational capability gaps).
• Proven leadership of large teams in high-complexity, fast-paced industrial environments.
• Solid foundation in Lean, CI, TPM, or equivalent methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (required).
• Advanced / Fluent English.
