The Role
What You'll Do
  • Provide post-go-live System Consulting and Administration support for multiple clients
  • Tier 2 / 3 troubleshooting and how-to's
  • Consult on best practices and overall solutions based on requirements.
  • Data imports and exports using APEX data loader
  • Ad hoc training of end-users and administrators
  • Analysis and deployment of new product features
  • Maintenance of production and sandbox environments
  • Adding / deleting / changing users, setting up security, changing territory and role hierarchy
  • Performing alignments
  • Creating reports, dashboards, and list views
  • Interaction with Global Team in English
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese, English)
  • Strong desire to learn new things!
  • Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to deal with competing customer priorities
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
