As a Loan Operations Administrator , you will act as the liaison between potential clients and our client's growing financial institution, conducting client evaluations, researching credit records, and preparing loan package documentation.

In this position, your chief goal will be to help eligible applicants obtain loans in a timely and professional manner while protecting our client's credibility.

Here's an overview of your future role :

Employment type : Full-time

Shift : 6 AM- 3 PM LK time (11 : 30 AM -8.30 PM Aus time)

Work Setup : Remote / Work from Home

What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant field.
  • 1-2 years' experience as a Loan Processor.

  • Administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in basic data entry, document generation, and Excel usage.
  • Understanding of bank borrowing capacity calculators
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools, particularly cloud-based software.
  • In-depth knowledge of closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation.
  • Good understanding of banking computer software and MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills.

  • Utilize a web-based browser to access the Aggregator login for managing and processing a pipeline of customers.
  • Engage in data entry tasks, progressing to the generation of documents for signing.
  • Set up bookmark logins for convenient access.
  • 70% of the role involves loan processing, while 30% focuses on administrative tasks.
  • Access to Outlook provided for managing customer information.
  • Input data into the loan processing system.
  • Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
  • Research applicant credit status and current financial position.
  • Prepare and maintain paperwork for existing and new loans, including loan disclosures.
  • Complete loan contracts and ensure clients are informed of rules and requirements.
  • Work with clients to establish needs and recommend suitable loan types.
  • Submit files to the designated Underwriter.
  • Conduct interviews to assess client eligibility for loans or mortgages.
  • Ensure compliance with established regulations and law requirements.
  • Follow up with clients to verify important information.
  • Take calls and record queries.
  • Create and organize records for clients.
